Stran Technologies IT Services Merges With AllCom Global Services LLC to Form STRANTECH

New Company Delivers Mission-Critical Technology Infrastructure Solutions and Facilities

NAUGATUCK, CT, January 21, 2026 – Bellevue Private Equity (Bellevue) today announced the acquisition of AllCom Global Services LLC (AllCom), a leading provider of secure facilities and technology infrastructure solutions for both national security and hyperscale computing customers. AllCom has been merged with existing Bellevue company Stran Technologies IT Services to form STRANTECH, which addresses the market’s demand for a single, agile platform capable of solving complex, mission-critical infrastructure challenges at speed.
